Our system is fully integrated and live with the banks card services system. Sales of tour or accommodation bookings can cease up to 1 hour (or as long as you would like) before the tour departure date. The booking confirmation is sent to you and the customer as soon as we receive the booking.

We deliver the customers booking confirmations via email. A confirmation email / receipt, containing a booking confirmation number is automatically sent to the customer upon making their booking. This email can also contain any information you feel is relevant to the tour eg. Bring water bottle, towel, no travellers' cheques, refund policy etc. We can customise any messages you would like to send each customer.

There are NO charges for using the Bookconfirm system at all. There are NO set up, on going cost or monthly fees and charges. There are NO bank, merchant or credit card fees. Your web developer would simply add a 'BOOK HERE' or 'CHECK AVAILABILITY' or similar link to each page on your website. Alternatively we can do this at NO cost.

In addition to you automatically being copied on the email when a sale is complete, we can provide sales reports that itemise total sales, value of sales, etc. These can be provided daily, weekly or monthly and are all sent by email to as many email addresses or fax numbers you require.

Our refund policy and dispute resolution information is available from any of our websites and we are more than happy to incorporate any individual requirements an Operator may have. Basically before we refund any customers, we need written confirmation from the Operator that details any extra fees or charges to be deducted prior to refunding the customer.

All sales information is guaranteed to be kept private and confidential. Our Conditions Of sale, Privacy policy, Fraud and Security Policy and Refund Policy are all clearly provided on our web sites. No credit card numbers are kept in our system.

A simple contract will be drawn up between Bookconfirm and your business, that fully outlines the agreed terms and conditions. Our legal relationship is that of a non-exclusive booking agent. We're happy for you to trial the system for as little as three months before deciding if you would like to continue to use the service.

To get the system up and running is quite easy and doesn't take long at all. Firstly we will develop your own customised online shop. All artwork and colours will match you original web site. Once you have checked the site and are happy with the content and art, you simply get your usual web designer or web master to put up the link to the shop on your web site front page and any other relevant pages. From there all you have to do is continue to feature your web site address on all marketing and advertising, immediately enabling bookings to be made via your website.

For full upfront bookings: All income from the sales of products is processed and deposited automatically into an account held in trust at the St. George Bank. Funds are paid monthly for bookings fulfilled during that month. This enables us to handle any refund requests which also saves you time and money!

For booking fee bookings: The customer pays a deposit equal to the Bookconfirm fee at the time they make their booking, the balance is payable to you, the operator, subject to your payment policy. When the customer makes their booking they are agreeing that if they do not show up for their tour or accommodation we can process on their credit card a transaction for the balance of their tour or the balance of one night's accommodation. These funds are then transferred to your bank account at the beginning of each month.
